Ruffles, burgundy and boots oh my! Today was a really beautiful day, mid-70s, sunshine, and of course wearing a cute outfit always puts a smile on my face. The lace on the top is so elegant, and classy that I had to add the gold accents. I was unsure at first about the ruffles but I think the skirt makes the whole look pull together.
