Burgundy Ruffles

Ruffles, burgundy and boots oh my! Today was a really beautiful day, mid-70s, sunshine, and of course wearing a cute outfit always puts a smile on my face. The lace on the top is so elegant, and classy that I had to add the gold accents. I was unsure at first about the ruffles but  I think the skirt makes the whole look pull together.

Fashion Night Out

Saturday night was Fashion Night Out for my on campus fashion group (MODA) and this is what I wore! I just love the whole look, combat boots and polkadot tights? Come one how much more fab does it possibly get ;) And lets talk about the vest, a beautiful maroon color, perfect for a night out.

One of my favorite trends...

One of my favorite trends is pairing things that are super girly like these pink lace shorts, with things that are not so girly, like the military green jacket and plain black tee. I finished the look off with some plain black pumps to keep the focus on what is on top.

First of all, in hind sight, the purse may have been too much, but whatever, yolo right? Gotta take chances. I have been wearing the crap out of cardigans lately, but I just cant help it, everyone loves that layered look and Im pretty much obsessed with belts so its just a win win for me!

Im all about transitioning things to create different looks, for example I wore this dress this summer with some sandals and now here it is in the fall, both times: Perfection!

I guess its official, summer has left us and fall is here. Not a fan, BUT I must admit, fall fashion can be very fun! Scarves for example, I love them! I love how a kind of plain outfit can be made complete with a simple scarf, plan on seeing them often!

Bows & Cheetah Print

I'm sure you have noticed but I seriously love animal print, I especially love it paired with red! I really just love red in general, and it really pops with animal print. It's a perfect combo for fall, or really any time of the year!
